3.2. The term force majeure; natural disasters, rebellion, war, strikes, cyber attacks, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, system improvement or renewal works, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, power outages and bad weather conditions will be interpreted as unavoidable events which cannot be prevented despite reasonable control and due diligence.
7. APPLICABLE LAW AND AUTHORITY
Turkish Law shall apply to the implementation, interpretation and management of the legal relations arising within the scope of this agreement. Istanbul Central Courts and Execution Offices are authorized in case of any dispute arising or may arise from this agreement.
The invalidity, illegality and unenforceability of any provision of this agreement or any other statement contained in this agreement shall not affect the validity and validity of the remaining provisions of the agreement.
